These website terms govern preliminary use of Neofabs digital properties. Executed project, procurement, confidentiality, partner, license or other written agreements control whenever they address the same subject more specifically.

Project-specific scope
Manufacturing, equipment, integration, installation, commissioning, pricing, delivery dates, tolerances, capacity and acceptance criteria are established only through the applicable written scope, quotation, purchase order or agreement.

Suppliers and partners
A supplier, manufacturer, contractor, partner or operator is not approved, appointed, exclusive or entitled to work merely because it submits information or appears in a qualification workflow. Status is governed by current evidence and the applicable written agreement.

Intellectual property
Neofabs names, marks, site content, format architecture and proprietary materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer and supplier technical information remains governed by the relevant ownership, confidentiality and project terms.

Third-party products and services
Third-party equipment, software and professional services remain subject to their manufacturers', providers' and licensors' own specifications, warranties, limitations and terms.

Commercial and legal effect
Nothing on this website creates a franchise, license, territory, financing commitment, agency relationship, guaranteed result or regulatory authorization unless expressly stated in an executed agreement.
