How Neofabs handles information submitted through project, supplier, partner and commercial workflows.

This policy applies to Neofabs public websites and brand-managed workflows. A project-specific agreement, NDA, platform notice or legally required privacy notice may provide additional terms for a particular engagement.
Neofabs may receive contact details, organization information, project requirements, technical files, supplier or partner information, and other material you choose to submit through our websites, forms, email or project workflows.
We use submitted information to respond to requests, scope projects, qualify suppliers and partners, administer commercial relationships, maintain records, improve our services, protect our systems, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Technical and commercial information may be shared with relevant manufacturers, OEMs, integrators, contractors, advisers or affiliated IOXN Group companies only when reasonably necessary to evaluate or deliver the requested scope, subject to the applicable engagement and confidentiality requirements.
We may use infrastructure, hosting, communications, analytics, payment, document, authentication and workflow providers to operate our services. Those providers process information only for the functions for which they are engaged and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant request, project, relationship, recordkeeping requirement or legal obligation. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, contractual, compliance or legal purposes.
